Narcisa De La Cruz, 96, of Delray Beach, Florida passed away on July 20, 2017. Predeceased by her husband Carlos Sr. and 5 sons, Carlos, Juan, Guadalupe, Jesus, and Carlos.

She was born Narcisa Olmedo in San Felipe, Guanajuato Mexico. She met and married Carlos De La Cruz and had 4 children, unfortunately losing one. Moving to the United States in April 1948, living in Texas through the 1950's, where they had 8 more children but losing 2. They eventually moved to Delray Beach, Florida adding 2 more children to complete their beautiful family. Narcisa had a love of plants which she turned into a business, Capri Nursery, during the mid 1970's to the mid 1980's. She was a beautiful, vivacious woman who accepted and loved everyone who entered her life. She was a caring and giving soul, who always thought of everyone else. She enjoyed singing, dancing, and walking through nature trails. She enjoyed making us laugh and was a great storyteller. She was an amazing, charismatic, strong, and sweet woman. Narcisa has warmed our hearts and we have been truly blessed to have her in our lives.
She is survived by her children, Esequiel, Frances (Norberto), Manuel (Olga), Rosa (Eddie), Gloria, Juan, Nat, Antonio (Vera), Lucy (Steve), 30 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren. She will be truly missed.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at 11:00am at Lorne and Sons Funeral Home, Delray Beach, FL.
