Noreen Scholl Rawls, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend to so many people passed away peacefully on January 28, 2026 surrounded by her children and grandson after a courageous battle of cancer.

Noreen was the cherished daughter of Norbert Scholl and Ann Smith. Noreen was preceded in death by her two brothers Thomas and Kenneth Scholl.  Noreen was also preceded in death by her husband, James "Lou" C. Rawls. Together they raised two children, Andrea and Coleman. Noreen was a very involved grandmother to James.  Noreen instilling in her family the values of family, hard work, and kindness.

Though we are comforted by the thought that Noreen is no longer suffering and has been reunited with his parents, brothers, husband, and many friends in heaven, her absence will be deeply felt.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Cason United Methodist Church, 342 North Swinton Ave., Delray Beach, Florida 33444 on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at 12:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family asked donations be made in Noreen's name to the American Cancer Society , Cason's Saturday Bag Lunch Program , Cason's Organ Restoration Fund , and CROS Ministries .
