U.S. Veteran and dear Friend,
Norman L. Stern passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by his spouse Auggie Venezio of 66 years, sister Fay Bloom and his parents Sarah and Morris Stern. Norman is survived by his niece Melissa Bloom; nephews Jeffrey, Jonathan, Andrew and grandnephew Isaac from California.

Norman and Auggie lived in New York City, Monmouth Beach, New Jersey and lastly in the Silver Lake Community in Boynton Beach, FL. They summered vacations many times in Western North Carolina with their long time friends Brian Deas and Lawrence McCallen from Florida. Auggie and Norm were known to travel extensively throughout the world and hosted many parties at their lovely home. They loved each other dearly and created a wonderful life as an exceptional team.

Norman merited the Medal of Honor from the United States Army for his Honorable Service in the Korean War.

A Burial Service with Military Honors will be held on Monday, November 14, 2022, 12:30pm at the South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road, Lake Worth, FL 33449 in Lane 1.
