Owen Theodore Billingsley, 91 of Boynton Beach, FL passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015.  Ted is survived by his wife, Lois; daughters, Vicki (Mike) Scruggs, Cheri (Earl) Jones and Debbi (Jack) Welch; seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren and sister, Wini (Gene) Woolsey.  Private burial service with military honors will be held at South Florida National Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the Wounded Warrior Project .  Please click on the charity of your choice to donate online.
