White (Lisa), Mitchell M. White (Karen), Marcia M. Hudson (Al, 2008) and Douglas D. White (Katie). Patricia is also survived by her loving companion Dwight Bradshaw who's been in her life for more than three decades.
Patricia had 11 grandchildren, Jason (Sarah), Luke, Mitchell Jr. (Kellsie), Crystal, Mandy, Madison, Camryn, Sean, Kevin, Megan, and Claire. Additionally, she had 7 great grandchildren, Harper, Scarlett, Devin, Carter, Garrett, Nora, and Skylar.
Patricia moved to Florida in 1947 from Madison, Wisconsin with her mother Cyrene Newbury. She attended Seacrest High School where she was voted most athletic, she was also voted Miss Gladiola, in Delray 1953. She was a member of the swimming and cheerleading teams. She married her high school sweetheart Geston White in 1954 where they lived life to the fullest until the passing of Geston in 1987. Patricia worked at Barnett Bank for over 30 years and was a member of St. Vincent Church for over 60 years. Her hobbies included ceramics, stain glass, family football pools and nascar but what gave her the most joy was spending time with her family.
Some different highlights about her life included fishing for puffer fish with Dwight Bradshaw at the Boynton inlet while eating Bud's Chicken. Patricia also was a fabulous baker and a part time cook. She was famous for her banana pudding, peanut butter blossoms, and grilled cheese sandwiches where you had to scrape off the pleasantly brown spots. Patricia was asked what she thought made her the luckiest person around and she would respond her kids and family. She said that her family was always fun to be around and all the laughing would make her very proud. She will continue to look down on us with a smile, but now she will have dad by her side.
Family is having a private ceremony with a celebration of life to be determined at a later date.
