Patrick DeFalco, 78, of Delray Beach and formerly of Newark, New Jersey passed away on August 2, 2015. Mr. DeFalco is survived by his loving daughters and sons in law, Lisa DeFalco & Chris Hill and Keith & Dina Kessler. Pat is the beloved Pop-Pop of his 5 grandchildren, Ryan Kaminski, 22, Madison Kessler, 20, Blake Kessler, 18, Sydney Hill, 14, and Drew Hill, 10. He is also survived by his brother, Jerry DeFalco and his wife Rose DeFalco, his brother Butch DeFalco and his wife Marie DeFalco, and his sister Ann Bonet. Pat is a friend to Delray Beach and to many that met him. He will be greatly missed. A visitation will be held on Friday, August, 7, 2015 from 10:00AM to 1:15PM with a 1:15PM funeral service at Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 N.E. 6th Avenue, Delray Beach.
