Rebecca Chewning Smith, 70, of Boynton Beach, passed away on October 1, 2017 in the presence of her loving husband, Steve, and other family members. Becky was born November 11, 1946 in West Virginia then moved to Titusville, Florida in 1961. She graduated from THS in 1964, and attended Brevard Junior College. She was preceded in death by her parents James M. and Ruth Chewning. She is survived by her best friend and loving husband Steve Smith; a brother and sister in law, Woodie and Yvette Chewning; and two nephews, Donald and Brandon Chewning. After relocating to South Florida, Becky was an Executive Secretary and Administrative Assistant to Arvida CEO. Becky and Steve enjoyed a loving marriage of 31 years, traveling the world together.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017 10:00AM - 10:30AM with a 10:30AM funeral service at Cason United Methodist Church, 342 North Swinton Ave. Delray Beach, FL 33444. Burial service will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, Titusville, FL at 2:30PM.
