Regina A. Burlew, 58, of Boynton Beach and formerly of Delray Beach, FL passed away peacefully on April 19th after a brief battle with cancer. Our angel has departed to heaven. Gina was involved in many charitable organizations. She is survived by her husband, Donald Burlew and she was a proud stepmother of Brian (Kerri), Jeremy (Mindy), and Todd (Dana). Gina was known as Gigi to 5 grandchildren. She is also survived by her father, Charles J. (Elizabeth) Rooney and her mother, Edna Mae Smith; her sister Marian Morrison; her brothers, Michael (Heidi) Chick and Henry (Cindy) Hoyman; sisters, Heidi (Jim) Stanton and Holli (Mark) Brisson; nieces and nephews, Tonya (Alan), Chelsea, Ivan, Jeff (Niki), Allie (Jason), Rusty, Radford, William and many loving and devoted friends. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Lorne and Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Avenue (Federal Hwy. Northbound), Delray Beach (Lorneandsons.com) on Saturday, April 27th from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM with a Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 PM.
