Richard H. "Dick" Britton, 79, longtime resident of Boynton Beach, FL and formerly
of New York passed away on February 23, 2012. Dick was a graduate of
Boston College and veteran of the US Army.
He is survived by his sister in law,
Leona C. (Britton) Briggs of Needham, MA; Niece, Lisa A. (Steven) Hedrick of Holliston, MA
and her children, Kristen R. Hedrick of Holliston and Kathryn H. (Derek) Johnson of Milton, WV.
Niece, Maribeth B. (John W. Jr.) Breen of Clinton CT and her children, Kylah B. Breen of Chicago,IL and Corey A. Breen of Clinton, CT. Predeceased by brother, John J. Britton Jr.
Visiting Hours will be held on Monday, February 27, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at
Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Avenue (Federal Hwy. Northbound), Delray Beach, FL.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 10:30 AM at
St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, Delray Beach. Entombment will follow at the Boca Raton
Mausoleum.
