Ronald A. Hernley, 81, of Delray Beach passed away on August 14, 2018.  Born in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, he was the youngest of three brothers.  Ron & Betty Lou moved to Delray Beach in 1968.  He was a member of the Delray Elk BPOE 1770 for many years.  Ron was an avid golfer, always fun to be around and a great mentor to his family.

He is survived by 2 children, Jacqueline Lutz of Boynton Beach and Scott Hernley of Boynton Beach, grandchildren Tiffany Caron and Natalie Hernley;  one great grandson Taylor Caron.  Ron was predeceased by his wife Betty Lou in 2004.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018, 2:00 PM at the Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6 ^th Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33483.
