Sadly and unexpectedly Rose Marie Crouzillat passed away peacefully early Sunday morning January 10, 2021.  Michel her devoted husband of 64 years holding her hand until she was reunited with their beloved son Christian.

An adventurous young Rose Marie left the small town of Martizay, France at the age of 15 to work as an au pair in New York, where she later met her dashing Frenchman from Toulouse, Michel, OO LA LA! Together they traveled and explored the world.

A coveted invitation to their home to enjoy Rose Marie's culinary skills, Michel's gracious hospitality and libations will make many hunger like a Bear dreaming of honey and ripe berries.

An avid reader, hiker and nature lover, at 86 years old, Rose Marie reached the end of her mountain trail knowing every wildflower, bird, butterfly and creature she encountered along the way.

A voracious reader, she always passed along the good reads, many still roaming around for others to enjoy.

Her love of the arts made her a familiar patron at many venues.  Operas, symphonies, museums, live theatre and the Children's Wildlife Museum program, she loved them all.
