Ruth A. Johnson, 89, of Junction City, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 3, 2023 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Kansas City.

She was born on March 1, 1934, in Marion City, Florida to John and Jane (McEvoy) Adams.

Ruth loved to dance and had an eye for fashion. As a devoted Presbyterian, she shared her love and faith with her family. No matter where she was, she always had her love for the beach.

On May 25, 1958, she married Norman Johnson. They were married almost 60 years until his passing in 2016.

Ruth is survived by her daughters, Kim (Garon) Isaac of Fairfax, Virginia, Cindy (Tim) Cuddy of Junction City, Kansas; five grandchildren, Chris, Steven, Terry, Kevin, Laura; and four great grandchildren, Chloe, Hailey, John, Adam.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Norman; and her sister, Sallie.

Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at 10:00am at the Delray Beach Cemetery, 902 S.W. 10th Street, Delray Beach, FL 33444.
