Ruth Leung, 94, of Boca Raton, FL and formerly of Glen Cove, NY passed away peacefully in hospice on February 3, 2026. She was born on June 2, 1931 in Chicago, IL.

She met her husband, Sam Leung, at a dance in New York City in 1950. They were married April 12, 1951 at St. Bartholomew's Church. Their 500 guests attended their wedding reception at 3 Manhattan Chinese restaurants. They moved from Brooklyn to Glen Cove, NY in 1959 where they lived for 34 years raising their four children. In addition to being a loving mother, Ruth's passions included bridge, tennis and hosting dinner parties with Sam.

After Sam's death in 1992, Ruth moved to Boca Raton to be near her daughter, Stephanie. In recent years, Dina & Kathy both moved to Delray Beach to be closer to their mother.

Ruth is survived by her children, Dina Leung (Tony Fasone), Kathy Millisits (Matt Novarro), Stephanie Ladner (Rick Core), Matthew Leung (Wendy Leung), and her 7 grandchildren, Leah Ladner, Christopher Millisits, Ben Ladner, Alex Millisits, Jackie Millisits, Allison Leung and Steven Leung, and great-grandchildren Louisa and Aubrey.

A Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Ave (N. Federal Hwy), Delray Beach, FL 33483.
