Samuel Dale Elliott, 27, of Delray Beach Florida passed away on December 23, 2022. Sam was a graduate of Vestavia Hills High School and Palm Beach State College.

Sam was looking forward to opening his own food truck by the beach named "Sammy D's". There he would make barbecue while working alongside his best friends. Sam loved outdoor activities like mountain biking, hiking, fishing, snow skiing, watersports, and disc golf. Sam loved music and attending music festivals. Sam loved his family dearly and always lent a helping hand; he extended his generosity towards his love for animals. Sam's favorite bible verse was the 23rd Psalm.

Sam was preceded in death by his grandparents Albert and Jackie Franks and Roscoe and Betty Elliott. He is survived by his parents Bill and Mary Elliott, brothers Chase and Jackson Elliott, and sister Maria Elliott.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Marks the Evangelist Catholic Church on Tuesday January 3rd, at 7340 Cahaba Valley Road (Highway 119), Birmingham AL 35242. Visitation will be held 10-11 with funeral mass at 11.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the humane society.
