It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Shirley Jean Talcott Jefferson of Wellington, Florida who died peacefully on Sunday, August 6, 2023 at the age of 91.  Shirley grew up in Salinas, CA and spent the majority of her life in Tucson, AZ before moving to Florida to be closer to family.  Shirley worked for the state of AZ in the Department of Economic Security and the US Census Bureau before retiring at the age of 78.  She loved spending time with family and friends and will be remembered for her sense of adventure and zest for life.

Shirley is survived by her daughter, Terri J Bedard (Bob) of Delray Beach, FL; grandchildren Kristen Johnson (John) of Brooklyn, NY, Erin Neal (Kyle) of Nashville, TN, and Brandon Bedard (Nicole) of Rogers, AR; 6 great grandchildren; 3 nephews, and 1 niece.  She was predeceased by her parents, Clarabelle and Walter (Bud) Talcott and sister, Sue Lundgren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
