Theresa "Terri" M. Macoviak passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 13, 2018 in Boynton Beach. She was born September 8, 1944 in Montrose Pennsylvania, to William and Wanda (Washeleski) Stachura. On September 26, 1964, she married Thomas Macoviak. Together they had 3 children. Terri loved music and helping others especially childern. She was an avid reader and an active member of The Grace Place Family Church in Lantana, Florida.

Terri is survived by her 3 children, Cynthia (Stephen) Ross , Robert (Christian) Macoviak and Cheryl Macoviak;  2 grandsons, Joseph Macoviak and William Macoviak. She was preceded in death by her husband Tom.

A memorial gathering will be held on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a 7:00 PM Memorial Service at Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Avenue (Northbound Federal Hwy.) Delray Beach, FL.
