Vicki N. Last (StillVicki), 56, of Delray Beach, Florida and formerly of Long Beach, New York passed away on December 12, 2013. A superlative human being, a real free spirit, she courageously fought her many illnesses throughout the final years of her life like a true champion. She never gave up and continued to have the time to help others - through listening, giving advice, lending a helping hand and being a friend. She always championed a cause she believed in, whether it was status quo or against the grain. Never one to buck away from a challenge, she & family lived according to their own rhythm and pulse. Vicki always left her mark on any endeavor or cause she participated it.

Her many hobbies included cooking, gardening, equestrian, fashion and attending live music events. She coached little league, was president of the PTA, started the Long Beach bike-a-thon and bike safety program and was dedicated to NA service.

She is survived by the love of her life, her husband of 35 years, Robert, her children Brian, Dara and Ethan, siblings Harry, Keith and Nathan, brother-in-law David, sister-in-law Lori, numerous cousins, nieces and nephew and her adored pets, dogs Sonny, Stella and Cody, and cats Callie, Zoe, Apollo and Leo.

Her family and friends meant everything to her and she will surely be missed by all who happened to have her light shine on them. Rest In Peace, Vicki - you are loved & will be remembered forever.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2013, 3:00PM at the Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Avenue (North Federal Highway), Delray Beach, Florida 33483.
