Victoria E. Melanson, 98, of Boynton Beach and formerly of Norwalk, CT passed away on March 16, 2014. She was co-owner of two bakeries in South Norwalk and Wilton, CT. Victoria was a very talented and creative cake decorator, painter and quilter. She was a member of the Polish American Club, St. Thomas More and the Delray Beach Woman's Club. Victoria is survived by her daughter, Karen Melanson, 2 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Bernard in 1996.
