Vito J Fede, 86, of Boynton Beach passed away on August 16, 2017 at his home surrounded by family. Vito was born in Newark, New Jersey on January 1, 1931. He was the beloved husband of Joan B Fede for 58 wonderful years. He was a loving father to his son Joseph Fede (wife Barbara Fede) and his daughters Joan Wyse (husband Mark Wyse), Jean Lewin (husband Jeffrey Lewin), and Jill Fede. He was also a loving grandfather to Jonathon, Jason, Jeremy, Joelle, Jessica, Joey, Dana, Carly, Philip, Alicia, and Nicole. And great-grandchildren Levi, Raegan, Cade, and Finn. Vito is also survived by his beloved sister Marie Patruno (husband S Edward Patruno). Although he was afflicted with Polio at a young age, he never let that define who he was or his ability to enjoy life. He enjoyed a successful career in Production Control and was a lifetime member of the Elks. Vito will always be remembered for his positive attitude and gentle nature

A memorial gathering will be held on August 20, 2017 from 6-8pm at Lorne & Sons Funeral Home, 745 NE 6th Ave, Delray Beach and a memorial mass will be celebrated on August 21, 2017 at 10am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 10935 S Military Trl, Boynton Beach.
