Wilfrid Joseph Tremblay, known as Bill to all his friends, passed away calmly in his sleep on March 31, 2025 after a long bout of illness, two days before his 86th birthday.

He served his country as a Seabee in the Navy and was stationed in Bermuda.  After his honorable discharge, he went to college in Providence RI to become a CPA, which was his life calling and deeply enjoyed his client relationships in which he was still in touch with some at the time of his passing.

Bill loved to dance and became a part time instructor with the Arthur Murray Dance studios in Providence RI while going to school and later worked on different cruise ships as a dancer.

Bill is survived by his daughters, Nicole and Tara, whom he loved deeply. He moved to Delray Beach, FL in 1982 and later met his lifelong partner, Jeanne, where they lived until moving to the Villages, FL. Bill will always be remembered as a true friend to all who knew him and for his compassion, honesty and devotion.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 2, 2025, 11:00AM at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, 840 George Bush Blvd., Delray Beach, FL 33483 followed by burial with military honors at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 State Road 7/441, Lake Worth, FL 33449, Lane 3.
